Painting
Here are a few paintings from the last couple of months.
They are all oils of various sizes. To be honest i have no idea how to paint with anything else!! I have bought myself a set of water colours though which will be a little better for traveling!
The first 3 will form part of a prayer meditation on the baptism and wilderness experience of Jesus and hung in Bremen Cathedral for the Cristival festival.
Then there's one of a beach at Ohrid. And lastly one we use for the morning intercesional prayer here in Ramsdorf.
I couldnt get the dimensions right when i uploaded them so if you want a better look; click on the painting to open it in a new window.

Wow! Which gallery can I buy one at? I'll put in a bid for the 'beach at Ochrid' - wonderful colours and great pictures. Well done! What a great aid to meditation and contemplation too.
Reading this entry with the last one (re Marmite) I wonder if this is a case of 'painting for your supper' - or for your marmite?

Hey dude.
Though 1: Great stuff. Trust me I know I got a degree in the subject somehow! Maybe you could do some street stuff when your out and about as a way of meeting people. I dunno the though just came to me.
Thought 2: Thinks? You better be careful with this art lark. They'll have you in the big top at Spring Harvest before you know what's going on.
Though 3: Praying for your Marmite addiction and trusting you'll get to see the semi final legs somehow. Don't ever forget "You Never Walk Alone!".
Cheers
Simon

Rosemary got the right word - WOW! You'll have to try some Indian 'rock' paints next - they have just the intensity you'd like! Love MumXXXXXX
